Has Changed EveryThing

Hello Steve,

Just a quick note to say thanks so much.

As you know I could live on the phone, calling my daughters or my mother would take up a couple hours every day but I could never call a stranger.

As you say strangers are just friends you haven’t met yet.
After finishing your course I was so fired up with my new skills and confidence off I went and called people.

Two did say that it was not convenient to chat but no one was ever rude or nasty to me and I now have 23 new friends and 4 of them have joined my team.

No Longer Timid

Hello Russell

Before you introduced me to your course I would never have believed that I could do what I do now.

I was a timid telephone user at the best of times, an incoming call would make me jump and I was always worried who was calling before I answered.
Now I answer the phone with a smile on my face and look forward to what the call will be about.

And when making calls I find out a little about the person as you taught me then I just call them up.
I know exactly how I am going to start the conversation.

Hi Russell,

You know, most people are like me.
When they are looking for a business opportunity they look at everything on the net and after a while it all becomes a blur.

I mean when I was looking, I saw a number of things that I
was interested in but never really committed to anything till
